State Migration Service employees granted high special ranks

State Migration Service employees granted high special ranks

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conferring high special ranks upon some employees of the State Migration Service.

According to the order, First Deputy Chief of the State Migration ServiceVali Naghiyev was awarded the high special rank of state migration service counselor (II rank).

In addition, Rza Talibov, Head of the Main Department for Citizenship Issues of the State Migration Service, and Shahin Nabiyev, Chief of the State Migration Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, were granted the high special ranks of state migration service counselor (III rank).
