Armenia has failed in diplomatic frontline, says Azerbaijani President

“We actively cooperate with international organizations, as well as the EU. Azerbaijan is an active member of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Armenia is isolated from the regional cooperation”, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev told in his speech at the nationwide festivities on the occasion of Novruz, the Azerbaijani national holiday, are taking place in Baku on March 19.

“Armenia doesn’t participate at any of regional cooperation forums. It does not attract interest in terms of its economy, politics and transport. In addition, it is not a free country. The decisions made regarding the future of the country do not have any meaning. No one makes investments in this country. First, because the criminal, corrupt and bloodthirsty regime that seized the power in Armenia does not allow investing and the regime stole all previously invested and donated money. On the other hand, the market restrictions and decreasing market do not allow a serious investor to come here and export opportunities are another problem for investors.

“Azerbaijan will restore its territorial integrity sooner or later. Armenia is isolated from the regional cooperation and failed in political stage. In addition, all leading international organizations such as the UN, UN Security Council, the OSCE, the OIC, the European Parliament, PACE and other organizations support Azerbaijan’s position. These organizations adopted numerous decisions and resolutions on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with respect to the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. This is Armenia’s political failure.

"Armenia has failed in the diplomatic frontline, says Azerbaijani President. No country or int’l organization recognize so-called "referendum" in Nagorno Karabakh. This once again reaffirms that Nagorno-Karabakh is the Azerbaijani land and an integral part of Azerbaijan", Azerbaijani president said.
