The movement of dusty air masses is coming from the Arabian Peninsula, the ministry said.
The National Monitoring Department on Environment of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources is conducting atmospheric monitor every three hours as dust-laden air blanked Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the ministry told.
According to the monitoring results, on March 29 at 12:00 PM (UTC +4), the amount of dusty air in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula was over the sanitary norm by 25 percent.
