At a meeting of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Azerbaijani Parliament on Thursday, amendments to Article 3 (Families which have the right to receive social assistance) of the Law “On targeted state social assistance” were discussed.
According to the draft amendment, people registered as unemployed in connection with the liquidation of a state body or a juridical person, reduction of number of employees or staff, shall have a right to receive social assistance.
The issue will be discussed at a plenary session of the parliament.
