Under the order, the high military rank of Lieutenant General was conferred on major generals – Veli Memish oglu Alasgarov, Elchin Arsalan Aliyev, Farhad Huseyn oglu Vahabov, and the high military rank of Major General on Colonel Vugar Zulfugar oglu Allahguliyev.
Under another presidential order, Igor Leonidovych Karimov was awarded the title of “Honored Engineer” for his merits in the engineering activity in the National Security Ministry.
