During the flight over the Black Sea, one of the flight attendants noticed the sign “C4 Kargo” written on a toilet door, which could theoretically indicate the presence of a plastic explosive in the cargo hold of the aircraft.
The plane’s captain requested permission to return to the airport for the security service to carry out the necessary procedures.
The experts checked the luggage of all the passengers and the cargo in the plane, but found no evidence of a bomb.
The plane will take off again for Tokyo later evening.
