Azerbaijani foreign ministry described the anti-Azerbaijani statements of the Russian State Duma (the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia) member Leonid Slutsky as interference in the internal affairs of Azerbaijan and called them contrary to the spirit of the Azerbaijani-Russian relations, said the statement of the second secretary of the press service of the ministry of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan Konul Suleymanli.
