The polling station has opened at Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Beijing as the country`s citizens across the world start voting in the presidential election. Taking into account time difference with Baku, Beijing is first where Azerbaijani citizens began casting ballots.
24.3% of Azerbaijani voters cast ballots as of 12.00 in Beijing.
Nearly 25% of Azerbaijani eligible voters in Beijing have cast ballots in the polling station set up at the country`s Embassy as of 12.00 local time.
No frauds or irregularities have been registered.
The voting in the polling station is conducted in accordance with Azerbaijan`s Constitution, Election Code and relevant legislation.
