“We have to be very careful with them. We are on the right path. Those considering themselves Azerbaijanis and Turks, having honor should take a strong stance on the acts of genocide committed by enemies, especially the Armenians against us,” added Pashazade.
The CMO chairman said he could visit Iran and Saudi Arabia during the Soviet period, but couldn’t go to Turkey.
“We could go to Iran, but not to Turkey. They were afraid of Turkey, the unity of Turks. They are afraid of it today as well. Therefore, now you are trying to create discord among us. We must serve the homeland and worship Allah. We will eradicate radicalism,” he completed.
