Actor and film director Steven Seagal has congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the April 11 presidential election in Azerbaijan.

“I would like to congratulate you on this auspicious day! You are truly great leader of a great nation. I trust in God that we meet again someday soon! Sincerely your humble friend,” Seagal said in his congratulatory letter.
