Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting kicks off in Ankara

A meeting of the Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council kicked off in Ankara on April 25.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are taking part in the meeting.

A number of bilateral documents between the two countries will be signed at the end of the meeting.

Then the presidents will make statements to the press.

President Ilham Aliyev is paying an official visit to Turkey’s capital. This is the first foreign visit of President Aliyev after being reelected as the president of Azerbaijan.
