Traffic to be restricted in some streets and avenues of Baku on May 10

The traffic will be restricted in some streets and avenues of Baku on May 10 due to 95th birth anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev, head of the public relations department of the Baku City Traffic Police Department, Vagif Asadov told AzVision.az

Asadov said in order to ensure the security of the citizens, the traffic will be restricted from the Honor Alley in the direction of Parliament avenue (starting from 8:00 AM).

The traffic will be restricted at the intersection of M. Mushfig street and H. Javid avenue, at the intersection of M. Mushfig circle and Metbuat avenue, from M. Huseyn street – near the building of Teletheatre, from the Milli Majlis in the direction of Parliament avenue, and at the intersection of Abbasgulu Abbaszade and Izzat Nabiyev streets parallel to Parliament avenue. Asadov called on city residents to use mainly public transport.

He added that drivers are recommended to prefer alternative roads to get to Parliament avenues and other intersecting streets and roads.
