Co-rapporteur of PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Pedro Agramunt will visit Baku on April 8-9.
His visit is related with the development of the report on “Azerbaijan`s chairmanship of the Committee of Minister of the Council of Europe: What measures should be taken in the protection of human rights?” by PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
