Rene van der Linden congratulated the head of state on his victory in country's presidential elections and on the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic. President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the congratulations.
Rene Van der Linden talked about the implementation period of a master plan that was devised jointly with ADA University and encountering the co-operation in the areas of development, investment, agriculture, energy and tourism.
