"Ecocetol cetane improver additive has been produced at the Biysk Oleum Plant since 2010. Our first plant had a capacity of 3,000-3,500 tons per year. As a result of measures for improvement, stabilization and automation of the technical process, we have achieved a production capacity of 20,000 tons per year. And most importantly, we have achieved high quality of the additive. We successfully supply our additive to Rosneft and Gazpromneft companies. Hopefully, we will supply the additive to SOCAR [Azerbaijan's state oil company], to our Azerbaijani partners," said Golovin.
On May 14-18, Golovin was on a visit in Azerbaijan as part of a delegation of the Altai Region, where a preliminary agreement was reached on the supply of cetane improver additive produced in Biysk.
Ecocetol cetane improver additive, produced by Biysk Oleum Plant, allows bringing the quality of diesel fuel up to the standards of Euro 4 and Euro 5.
Biysk Oleum Plant expects to increase the volume of export of cetane improver additive as part of the agreements reached in February 2017 during a visit to the Altai Region of a delegation from Belarus, headed by the Minister of Industry Vitaly Vovk.
Golovin said the supply of Ecocetol cetane improver additive to Belarus and Azerbaijan will allow making a new leap in the development of the enterprise, improving capacity utilization and increasing revenue by one billion rubles.
