Visits of some parliamntarians to Nagorno Karabakh illegal
"Unfortunately, some legislators take trips to the occupied territories of Azerbaijan without the consent of the Azerbaijani side. Such visits are illegal, have a negative impact on the resolution of the conflict and thus create certain illusions among Armenians"

The statement came from spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev commenting on the visit of the Russian State Duma deputy Oleg Pakholkov to Nagorno-Karabakh, according to APA.

He said visa is obtained when such a visit is made legal, with the permission of the authorities of Azerbaijan.

According to Armenian media, the deputy of the State Duma of Russia, member of the parliamentary faction "Fair Russia" Oleg Pakholkov paid a private visit to Nagorno Karabakh at the invitation of friends. There he held a number of meetings with representatives of the separatist regime of Nagorno Karabakh.
