President of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev has met rector of the French Institute of Petroleum Philippe Pinchon.
Mr. Abdullayev praised the relations between Azerbaijan and France.
Philippe Pinchon stressed the importance of a memorandum of cooperation signed with the Baku High Oil School.
French ambassador to Azerbaijan Pascal Meunier was also present at the meeting.
