At a briefing in Moscow Armenian FM once again blamed Baku of turning down the intermediaries’ offers.
“If Nalbandian claims that Armenia`s position on the conflict settlement complies with the position of the international community, it should withdraw its forces from the Azerbaijani territories and start working on the Great Peace Agreement” , Hikmet Hajiyev said.
