The head of state expressed satisfaction with his visit to the holy sites of the Muslim world, and said Azerbaijan is interested in expanding relations with the United Arab Emirates, stressing the importance of reciprocal visits at different levels in terms of strengthening the bilateral ties.
Ambassador Salem Khalifa Mohammed Al Ghafli in turn thanked the Azerbaijani government and personally President Ilham Aliyev for creating high-level conditions for the embassy during his diplomatic activity, and expressed hope that the bilateral relations will be further developed.
