Since the beginning of the 2018, Azerbaijan has initiated criminal proceedings against 35 foreign nationals accused of drug trafficking, reads a report by the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking, AzVision.az reports.
