British Airways Baku-London plane makes emergency landing in Baku
A British Airways plane from Baku to London aborted its flight after a fire was discovered in one of the engines.
The plane “Aerobus-321” has taken off at 21:19 (local time)and after 11 minutes the captain of the plane contacted the air traffic controller service of the Haydar Aliyev International Airport. Informing about the fire in one of the engines, he requested priority landing, said assistant of president of Azerbaijan Airlines and service chief Maharram Safarli to APA.

All the emergency services of the Haydar Aliyev International airport were immediately made ready to receive emergency landing.

At 21:46 “Aerobus-321” has landed safely back at the Haydar Aliyev International Airport at 21:46. No one of 92 passengers and crew was injured.
