Chairman, MP Azay Guliyev said the State attached great importance to relations with the international organizations in developing NGO sector.
The Chairman said they were ready to cooperate with the OSCE Project Coordinator in Baku for expanding the Research, Training and Resource Center Network, as well as holding the trainings for institutional development of the NGOs, preparating the publications in English language on civil society.
