One of the six archers named to go to Baku 2015 was 2012 European champion Rick van der Ven, who finished fourth at London 2012 after beating world record holder Im Dong-Hyun in the Roud of 16.
The other men`s archers approved by the NOC * NSF following qualifiers in Greece were Sjef van den Berg and Mitch Dielemans while the three Dutch women`s archers will be Esther Deden, Annemarie der Kinderen and Shireen-ZoГ« de Vries.
The Dutch NOC * NSF also announced nine women swimmers who will compete at Baku 2015.
Steenbergen will compete in six races - 50m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 200m freestyle, 4x100m freestyle, 4x200m freestyle and 4x100m medley.
Frederique Janssen also got spots for six races - 50m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 200m freestyle, 4x100m freestyle, 4x200m freestyle and 4x100m medley.
Marieke Tienstra was awarded five Baku 2015 berths - 200m freestyle, 200m backstroke, 200m individual medley, 4x200m freestyle and 4x100m medley.
Both Iris Tjonk - 50m backstroke, 100m backstroke, 200m backstroke and 4x100m medley - and Laura van Engelen - 200m freestyle, 400m freestyle, 4x100m freestyle and 4x200m freestyle - will compete in four races in Azerbaijan.
The other Dutch swimmers to gain spots for Baku 2015 were Tes Schouten (100m breaststroke and 4x100m medley), Josien Wijkhuijs (4x100m freestyle and 4x100m medley) Pien Schravesande (4x100m freestyle and 4x200m freestyle) and Jasmijn Boon (50m freestyle).
The NOC * NSF did not nominate any male swimmers for Baku 2015.
