Newly-appointed Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in the city of Ganja Zeki Ozturk has presented his patent credentials to the head of the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Ambassador Parvin Mirzazade.
