According to Novruzov, one such organization has lately prepared and released a slanderous report on Azerbaijan under the name of “countering corruption”.
“Such organizations have always carried out smear campaigns against Azerbaijan and still keep on. They receive financial support from the same source and support positions of the Armenians,” he stressed, noting that some parties within the country, even political party leaders, call for a boycott of the European Games and support those same foreign circles.
“They all get financial support from one common source, centers of the Armenian lobby. I suggest the parliament holds special discussions in this regard,” said Novruzov.
And Chairman Ogtay Asadov gave the following reaction to the proposal.
“These have already been assessed. Armenians will participate in the Games, while these people stand against the Games. I’m sorry, these people are worse than the Armenian. What shall we discuss? Do we need it? Everything is already clear to the people,” said Ogtay Asadov.
