The persons involved in the terrorist attack on the ex-head of the Ganja Executive Power, and those who supported the terrorist attack, have been identified, Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov said Sept. 28.
"77 persons have been brought to criminal responsibility until Sept. 28. They were arrested by court decisions, and 11 are wanted. Two of those wanted have been detained and brought to the country. Whereabouts of some other criminals have been established, and measures are being taken to extradite them," Garalov added.
