“Russia is in favor of developing the cooperation with Azerbaijan. Russia sees no problem for military-technical cooperation,” he added.
Addressing the 4th International Security Conference in Moscow, the deputy minister praised the presence of Azerbaijan in the conference.
“The conference is attended by delegations from 80 countries, as well as from NATO countries. The conference participants discussed the threats posed by "Islamic State" terrorist group as well as the security mechanisms in Europe", he noted.
