Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on ratification of “Regulations of Military Academy of Azerbaijani Armed Forces”.
The Cabinet of Ministers is to develop proposals on conforming the Azerbaijani President’s acts to this decree within three months, provide conforming the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers to this decree within three months, control conforming the normative legal acts of the central executive bodies to this decree and inform the president within five months and solve other issues arising from the decree.
The Ministry of Justice is to provide conforming the normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive bodies to this decree and inform the Cabinet of Ministers.
