The total volume of investments in Azerbaijan’s industrial sector in Jan.-March stood at 1.69 billion manats, or 16.6 percent more than in the same period of 2014, according to the report on Q1 of 2015.
During the reporting period, 1.53 billion manats of this sum was invested in the country’s mining industry, which is 20.8 percent more than in the same period of 2014.
The investments in the production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and heat in Jan.-March totaled 23.9 million manats, or 63.7 percent less than in the same period of 2014.
