Baku transport company launches free Wi-Fi in its buses

In the coming days, the free Wi-Fi service will be active in all public buses of the Xalig Faigoglu transport company that accept BakiKart non-cash payments, the company told Trend.

The company noted that in total, the Wi-Fi service will cover 164 buses running on nine routes.

At present, free Wi-Fi hotspots are launched in test mode in three Isuzu Citiport buses, running on the routes #18, #65 and #85. The service will also be available in buses plying on routes #61, #52, #79, #96, #135 and #199.

In order to connect to the Wi-Fi hotspots, the users will need to be authorized by entering their first name, last name, phone number and email address.

The Xalig Faigoglu company is engaged in passenger transportation in the territory of Baku. The vehicle fleet of the company consists of approximately 300 buses carrying out transportation on 14 routes.
