The chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office thanked the Spanish government for supporting the organization of the conference.
Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade extended Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s greetings to the president of the Spanish Senate and the people of Spain, and invited the Senate president to pay a visit to Azerbaijan.
President of the Senate of Spain Pio Garcia Escudero expressed his confidence that the international conference under the motto “Contribution of interreligious dialogue to peace and mutual understanding” will play a role in developing bilateral relations between the two nations.
