“The Azerbaijani side has always declared its readiness to hold a meeting with the Armenian foreign minister for the purpose of substantive and resultative negotiations, not only within international events, but also outside their format,” the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
“The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs are working to organize such meetings. Azerbaijan supports the proposal of the Minsk Group co-chairs to promote peace talks and invite Armenia to take a constructive position in this process,” said the statement.
