The business forum will be organized with the support of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy and Industry. The representatives of about 40 Belgian companies will attend the forum.
According to the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Belgium totaled $ 26.7 million in the first quarter of 2015 or by 65.8 percent more than in the same period of 2014. Some $16.26 million accounted for import of Belgian products to Azerbaijan in January-March 2015.

The Azerbaijani-Belgian business forum will be held during the visit of a delegation headed by Belgian Secretary of State for Foreign Trade Pieter De Crem to Baku on April 30, Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) said.
