Document signed as part of French president
A meeting of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and French President Francois Hollande, who arrived in the country on a working visit April 25, was held in Baku.

Following the meeting, a letter of intent on the establishment of the Azerbaijani-French University was signed between the Azerbaijani Education Ministry and the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

The document was signed by Azerbaijani Education Minister Mikayil Jabbarov and French ambassador to Azerbaijan Pascal Monnier.
