President Ilham Aliyev stated friendship and brotherhood between Azerbaijan and Turkey are developing in many fields. Aliyev particularly highlighted the cooperation between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the two countries. The head of the state touched on the opening ceremonies of TANAP and STAR projects highlighting the successful cooperation in politics, economy, transport, energy and other spheres. In his turn, Turkish Interior minister Suleyman Soylu emphasized the importance of the Azerbaijan-Turkey ties that contribute to the region and the world.
