Russian FM added, co-chairs who hold regular meetings with conflict sides prepare for new negotiations.
"Co-chairs have already held meetings with Armenian and Azerbaijani leader, as well as foreign ministers. Considering the fact that new government has recently been formulated in Armenia,the process of settlement will take some time," Russian FM added.
"Both co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group and OSCE can only help to promote the dialogue. Only conflicting sides can make a decision on settlement of the conflict through direct negotiations," Russian FM, Lavrov stated.
