A new agreement between the European Union and Azerbaijan on strategic partnership is expected to be signed by the end of 2019, Kestutis Jankauskas, Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, told AzVision.az.
He noted that the parties are currently discussing the terms of the agreement.
“At the same time, the EU and Azerbaijan are negotiating a new aviation agreement. Both agreements are intended to be signed by the end of the year. I believe that these agreements can contribute to the development of tourism, as well as to the expansion of commercial relations,” Jankauskas added.
