During the meeting, chief of the State Migration Service (SMS), III rank state migration service counsellor Vusal Huseynov spoke of the work and successes implemented within the framework of the project. 

Vusal Huseynov expressed his gratitude for cooperation between the sides within the completed and current projects. Huseynov also added that the partners of the State Migration Service had played an important role in implementation of several projects. 

It was also noted that the project called 'Consolidation of Migration and Border Management Capacities in Azerbaijan' contributed to the realization of innovations. Furthermore, Vusal Huseynov expressed his assurance on strengthening and development of results of the project. 

During the meeting, BP vice president for Communications, External Affairs and Strategy in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, head of the EU delegation in Azerbaijan Kestutis Jankauskas and chief of Mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Azerbaijan Vladimir Gjorgjiev made remarks on significance of joint projects. Activities of State Migration Service were highly appreciated for establishment of the successful cooperation. 

Participants of the meeting also exchanged views on migration law and perspectives for future cooperation.
