'We have not witnessed any complaint yet. Observers also say that the election process is ongoing. The hotline receives inquiries, which are mainly related to the clarification of technical issues by the candidates. All inquiries are being resolved by CEC staff,' Deputy Chairman of CEC of Azerbaijan Rovzat Gasimov noted.
'It is difficult to predict the voter turnout in municipal elections in advance. However, I can say that the rate of turnout has increased compared to previous elections. Besides, the election process is continually observed via web cameras,' Gasimov also added.
