“The reforms carried out in Azerbaijan also made it important to bring novelties to the legislative body. Therefore, I believe that the decision on dissolving the parliament was praiseworthy”, Shamil Tagiyev, the head of Azerbaijani Community in Moscow told secki-2020.az.
Commenting on the sheer number of young and intelligent persons among the parliamentary candidates, Shamil Tagiyev said: “It gives ground to say that the new parliament will give additional impetus to reforms. In a word, the newly-formed parliament will significantly contribute to the development of the country.”
