Parliamentary elections being held transparently, says American observer

Azerbaijan's parliamentary elections are held in a transparent, free, and democratic environment, the American journalist Raoul Lowery Contreras told AzVision.az.

He also highly appreciated the number of women candidates running for parliamentary seats in the elections which makes 22.58 per cent of the total number, that is 299 candidates.
