Who is Khanlar Valiyev?
Khanlar Valiyev was born on March 15, 1955, in Yevlakh city. In 1978 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Baku State University and started a career in prosecution bodies. Valiev worked as a Senior Investigator, Assistant Prosecutor of Ganja City Prosecutor's Office, Deputy Prosecutor of Gazakh and Shamkir districts. In 1993-2000 he was the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 10, 2005, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 27, 2008, he was awarded the order "Flag of Azerbaijan", and by the Decree of June 23, 2006 - the medal "For military service" and other medals.
Under the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 15, 2005, he was awarded the badge "Honorary Prosecutor".
