Those coming from foreign countries will be placed under special 14-21 days quarantine regime.

"Travel from other countries was suspended to prevent the outbreak of the infection. On the other hand, the quarantine infrastructure was full and it would be difficult to receive more people. But after April 20, we will be able to bring 300-400 citizens per week, especially from neighboring countries," pokesman for the Cabinet of Ministers Ibrahim Mammadov said at a briefing at the Operational Headquarters.
