In his tweet, the UAE minister welcomed Russia’s constructive efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement, calling on Azerbaijan and Armenia to start an effective negotiation process that will ensure the stability and prosperity of both peoples.
After Friday’s trilateral meeting between the Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian foreign ministers in Moscow, a ceasefire was declared in Nagorno-Karabakh on Saturday for humanitarian purposes.
