He said that the rocket attack against the civilian population showed the helplessness of the enemy.
"Armenia's military and political leadership has lost its mind, because this is a serious crime against humanity. The legal and political responsibility for this crime will be heavy for the Armenian leadership. The Azerbaijani leadership will respond adequately to this crime in the military and political spheres."
"As soon as they feel the beginning of the end, they become more aggressive. They want to create panic among the civilian population, which is a failed attempt", he said.
