The Armenian Armed Forces are shelling Terter city with artillery and missiles in gross violation of humanitarian truce, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev tweeted.
"Since 08.00 a.m up to now more than 200 artillery projectiles fired to Azerbaijani cities. Armenia's consent to humanitarian ceasefire just hypocrisy", Hikmet Hajiyev said in his tweet.
Note, a third ceasefire was agreed between Azerbaijan and Armenia starting from October 26, 2020 for humanitarian purposes for the exchange of prisoners of war and other detained persons and bodies of the dead, mediated and in accordance with the criteria of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
