  Russia’s Putin signs order to create humanitarian response center for Karabakh

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order to create a humanitarian response center for Nagorno-Karabakh, the Kremlin press service reported Friday, AzVision.az reports. 

The inter-agency center will include representatives of Russia's Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, Foreign Ministry, Federal Security Service, as well as representatives of other interested federal bodies of the executive power.

Russia's Defense Ministry is tasked with resolution of organizational and other issues related to the creation and activities of the inter-agency center.
