Azerbaijan reports 57 new COVID-19 cases

Azerbaijan reports 57 new COVID-19 cases

Azerbaijan has confirmed 57 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers told AzVision.az on Monday.

Some 273 virus infected people have recovered, and 11 patients have died, the headquarters noted.

The overall number of coronavirus cases in Azerbaijan has reached 229,032, with 220,565 recoveries and 3,093 deaths.

The number of active cases stands at 5,374.

Over the past day, 3,257 coronavirus tests have been conducted in Azerbaijan, bringing the total number of tests to 2,364,809.
