The staff of the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center monitors the ceasefire and military operations in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, AzVision.az reports citing the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.
"Russian military personnel are monitoring the ceasefire using "Forpost" and "Orlan-10" unmanned aerial vehicles", the Ministry noted.
"The military personnel of the joint center constantly receive images from the drones at the control center, where all the actions of military equipment and personnel are analyzed and the facts of crossing the contact line are recorded," the Ministry stated.
The Ministry also added that the duty officers of the Joint Center collect information on violations of the agreements, consider any issues or complaints related to non-implementation of the agreements.
