“We see the results of the Russian-Turkish dialogue in bilateral relations, as well as in the region - from Libya to Nagorno-Karabakh, to Syria in many fields,' Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony of the 3rd unit of Akkuyu NPP.
"We are determined to develop these relations in the upcoming time,” Erdogan also stressed.
